Packaging obligations in DALO’s Standard Terms
As a supplier of goods to DALO, on this page you can find here the current obligations relating to sustainable packaging, as referred to in the packaging section of DALO’s Standard Terms and Conditions (for purchases exceeding DKK 200,000).
If you have entered into an agreement with DALO in which the packaging section of the Standard terms and conditions sets out requirements for sustainable packaging referring to DALO’s Climate/environment website, you must comply with the requirements published on the present site.
As a supplier, please note that you are required to comply with the requirements set out in the version of the Standard Terms and Conditions, including any applicable sustainable packaging obligations set out below, that was in force at the time you entered into the agreement with DALO. You are not required to comply with requirements set out in either earlier or later versions of these obligations.
