Procurement at DALO

When DALO enters into contracts, this is done in accordance with EU public procurement rules. DALO procures under both the Danish Public Procurement Act and the Defence and Security Procurement Directive. Procurement is carried out through competitive tender procedures as well as direct negotiations with selected suppliers. In certain cases, DALO is exempt from applying the EU procurement rules and concludes contracts through other channels, for example via the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA).
