General Terms and Conditions
As a supplier to DALO, you will typically enter into one of the following three types of contractual arrangements:
Basic Terms and Conditions
These are typically used for procurements with a value below DKK 200,000.
The Basic Terms and Conditions are supplemented by the relevant purchase orders and, where applicable, the supplier's standard terms and conditions.
Standard Terms and Conditions
These are typically used for procurements with a value between DKK 200,000 and the procurement thresholds under the Danish Public Procurement Act and the Defence and Security Procurement Directive (currently approximately DKK 1 million and DKK 3 million, respectively).
The Standard Terms and Conditions are supplemented by the relevant purchase orders.
Standard Contracts
These are typically used for procurements exceeding the thresholds referred to above.
The Standard Contracts are adapted to the specific acquisitions.
